Heather Gardens has the Island’s largest selection of annuals and perennials, all grown right here on Martha’s Vineyard. We offer Island-hearty plants of the highest quality which are grown in a clean, pest-free environment.  Our greenhouses help us to grow garden plants from seedlings, nurtured in a healthy environment, limiting the chance of pest infestation. After about 2 weeks our plants are moved outdoors to cold frames, where they can adjust to cooler temperatures while still getting the protection from the Island weather.
